Setting up a server is fun!
Not.
(That was sooooooo '80's.)
The last few days (nights actually), I've been working on getting my production server configured and ready to go for the beta. I hit a few snags, but with the help of the Textdrive forums (Thanks Justin!), Joyent's howto's, and some general Google-ing I'm on my way. I've currently got a default rails app running at ataraxispudding.com through Apache and a Mongrel cluster.

Hi Michael,
One of the reasons I ended up going with Rails Machine for AssetsGraphed was because I wasn't sure how much fiddling about an Accelerator would require. Anyway, it turned out I had to do a fair amount of fiddling myself, such as installing PHP so I could run Mint and installing cron so I could schedule ActiveRecord session clean-ups etc.
Have you read about Joyent Slingshot? It sounds ideal for Pudding v2.0!
I wonder what the deployment mechanism is for Slingshot. With Adobe's Apollo it will probably come down as a browser plugin, or someone extend Flash.
