Business Topic Waves
I've been "in the real world" for about 5 years now. (I gradudated college at the end of '01.)
Now that I've been out a while, I'm starting to notice business topic waves. Last year I'd say it was "Design". Every magazine or blog post was about how awesome design is. Two months into this year I'm noticing "Customer Service". Everyone seems to be writing about it.
Are you noticing the same thing?
