Almost Back to Full Blown Work Mode

I've had a heck of time working on Pudding over the last two months. I closed on the sale of my last house and closed on the purchase of my new one. I had to deal with some much crap to get those two transactions completed it's too painful to re-cap it. (I'll sum it up with one suggestion. Don't build a Ryland home. I finally got almost everything I wanted, but I had to fight tooth & nail to get it done.)

My wife and I aren't fully moved into the new house, but after this weekend we should be in there. We've been staying her parent's house for the last month or so. I've only been able to work on Pudding two times while living here, and a couple of times while sitting in my empty house waiting for various home-building-people to show up and do random sorry-we-didn't-do-it-right-the-first-time-you're-lucky-we're-still-fixing-stuff-and-haven't-left-you-high-and-dry stuff.

After this weekend I hope to get back to my 3 nights a week of serious Pudding work.

The other day I squashed a HUGE bug that was DRIVING ME CRAZY for the last few working sessions. I have to give all the credit the easy automated testing support RoR provides. Once I wrote all the tests that simulated the bug, fixing it was easy. It would have been even easier if RadRails had a debugger, but that's on it's way.

Hey Michael, good to hear you're getting back on track. Why not call it Pieces instead of Pudding?
